We’re making a behind‑the‑scenes security upgrade to ESP Websites and Company Stores to better protect your site from malicious activity.

To complete this upgrade, a small change needs to be made to your website’s DNS (domain name system) record if you use a custom domain. A DNS record is what tells the internet where your website lives. Think of it as an address forwarding system that connects your website name to the correct server.

What you need to do:

Sign in to your DNS or domain provider account and either:

  1. Update your domain’s A record so it points to the following IP address: 209.46.30.10

    - or -

  2. Update your CNAME record if you use a sub-domain like this: subdomain.yourdomain.com to point to the following URL: hosting.espwebsite.com
